My client  a privately owned and operated successful fire services company providing specialist services to commercial, industrial and residential building sectors.  They are a leader in the fire services industry they provide efficient and reliable maintenance and servicing of fire equipment to our clients throughout the ACT and surrounds.  They value technical and professional excellence, integrity and respect in our team.

Key Responsibilities

We require a suitably qualified Senior Fire Sprinkler Fitter tradesperson with a strong service focus to install and service  fire protection systems to retail, residential,  industrial and commercial clients. You will interact professionally with clients, colleagues and will represent the company with integrity

In accordance with Australian standards and within the scope of your licences your key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:-

• Service and Minor works to sprinkler systems
• Professional client interaction and liaison with site personnel
• Reporting on your activities, compliance issues and health & safety matters
• Monthly, 6 monthly, annual and 5 yearly of fire sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, pump sets and combined systems

The Ideal Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:

• Knowledge of Australian standards and codes relevant to the fire industry
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to lead and deal with a range of people
• The ability to work autonomously with a pro-active approach to managing deadlines
• A high degree of health and safety awareness
