About the Role:

This is a full-service role covering fault-finding, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance — with commissioning and programming experience considered a strong bonus. You’ll work with leading platforms like Inner Range – Concept & Integriti, Milestone, and Hikvision, across high-spec commercial and government sites (no residential work).

But this role is about more than just tools — you’ll also play a key part in training junior techs, supporting the Service Manager, and helping drive improvements as the business continues to scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fault-finding and servicing of Concept, Integriti, Hikvision, Milestone systems

• Maintenance, upgrades, and occasional commissioning work

• Provide on-site client support and professional service

• Train and mentor junior technicians

• Assist the Service Manager with team and process improvements

• Keep jobs moving with clean documentation and strong follow-through

What You’ll Bring:

✅ 5+ years in a commercial electronic security service role
✅ Strong knowledge of Inner Range systems (Concept & Integriti)
✅ Hands-on experience with Hikvision and Milestone platforms
✅ Comfortable leading by example and mentoring others
✅ Professional, reliable, and technically sharp
✅ Commissioning or programming experience = big plus
