We need a service focused operator to join us.
We are a progressive Equal Opportunity Employer located in Auburn who is looking for a Monitoring Centre Operator to join our team;
You will need to be a fast learner with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail;
Ability to work well under pressure;
You will need to have some computer literacy. We run an in-house Alarm Management System and training will be provided;
You will need your own transport and be available to work rotating shifts 24/7;
You must be reliable, punctual, well motivated and be able to politely deal with difficult situations;
Previous Call Centre experience an advantage;
Full time position after successful completion of training and probation period averaging 76 hours per fortnight;
As we are primarily a Call Centre you must be able to speak clear English;
Minimum NSW Security Licence 1E Security licence preferred or eligible to apply for one.
