Risk Assessor/Advisor

As a Risk Assessor/Advisor, this candidate's duties included; the development and review of policies, procedures and programs; a comprehensive structure in the investigation of all matters (covert and overt); performance monitoring and reporting systems for the customer in respect to offences committed by patrons and staff; and the investigation of civil litigation claims, the introduction of written procedures in relation to the management of patron behaviour outside our premises, various written legislative instructions within the Safety and Security Department and the written instructions in their use (an Australian first).

He was also responsible for the planning and implementation of training for all personnel with the Safety and Security Department and all written procedures therein, review, develop and manage all manuals pertaining to Emergency Management and Response Procedures, Training, Security Control Room Operations, Team Member Entry and Security Administration Management, day to day management of the Security Control Room whose responsibility is the integrity of the premises, patrons and staff on a daily basis, this included; 150 CCTV camera, plus a further 800 surveillance camera and associated CCTV systems, in addition to the EBI access management system.
