I’m an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a sound technical knowledge of air conditioning systems. Experience of 13 years working in project management, estimator, installer, maintenance, construction site management, staff functions and customer service. The following skills and attributes I possess include team leadership, multi-tasking, fast learning, complex problem solving ability, flexibility and proactiveness.

● Developing work routines: Planning daily activities and labour allocation. Organizing deliveries and participating on meetings and resolving issues that shows up. Aiming to get the most done in the minimum time maintaining the quality in a high level.
● Project administration: Managing projects scopes, attending meetings, discussing solutions for issues. Managing costs, negotiating prices with suppliers and sub-contractors. Organisation of storage in order to avoid wasting of material and consequently money.
● Good relationship: Building strong relationship with builders, other trades and teammates. Relationship based on respect that aims to have a good work environment and achievement of goals. I have established myself as a leader who drives the team to deliver a positive and memorable customer service experience. My additional career achievements include leading the team over Covid-19 period maintaining motivation and providing a reducing labour cost to the business by 25%. In my previous roles as SENIOR ESTIMATOR, I Led a team of other 8 to 10 estimators on quoting big projects (Stadiums, Shopping centres, Factories, Hospitals and commercial buildings). Some of those projects were evaluated from 5 to 30 million american dollars only the air conditioning system. Some of them I felt really proud of being part of: 2014 world cup stadiums in Brazil (Mineirao, Cuiaba Arena), Materday Hospital, Patio Savassi Shopping centre, Rio de Janeiro Olympic Park and so on. Revising specifications and drawings and transcript into deliverable and measurable spread sheets. I also had to elaborate commercial and technical proposal and explain it to clients. My past experience and tertiary education, including graduate qualifications, have honed my relevant skills:
