Customer service and efficiency in work practices have been the driving force behind my career, more recently specialising in logistics, training, and administrative operations. Though I enjoy the challenge of leadership, I have a genuine passion for providing quality customer service solutions on the front line. Through my studies and the experiences gained with Civil and Government organisations, I possess critical thinking skills and the ability to anticipate future requirements, to solve complex problems, and to balance and manage multiple concurrent tasks. I easily interpret and explain technical principles and documents, and my communication skills provide the most effective professional service when managing internal and external clients, team members and stakeholders. I have a genuine passion for providing quality solutions and I work effectively autonomously or as a part of a larger multidisciplinary team. • Monitor daily work list generated from SAP and ensure targets for processing time and accuracy are met in accordance with established KPI’s. • Perform Data Integrity Checks (DIC) - Utilise SAP reporting to review, correct and update specified Service Order fields that are mandatory for billing acceptance. • Follow up Service Order completions, overdue items, on time performance (OTP). • End to End Service Order system administration for Service Orders. • Effectively communicate with team members, line management and other key stakeholders that interface with the Hub. • Identify opportunities for improvement and escalate in an appropriate manner to Line Management.
