• Providing technical solution according to customers’ requirements
• Developing and maintaining detailed tasks plan including schedules and resource plan
• Managing integration of the hardware, software and networking solution
• Supervising and managing assigned special projects on time and within budget
• Acquisition and inventory of equipment, tools and materials
• Managing the materials and tools required including stocktaking
• Managing Service Engineers and 3rd party vendors in delivering solutions
• Planning, designing, supervising, testing and commissioning special projects
• Coordinating and reporting project deliverables with clients
• Preparing documents such as preventative service maintenance reports, costing, drawings etc
• Arranging and conducting site and equipment audits to ensure ongoing compliance
