Responsibilities of this role:

•   Scheduling a team of 25 Fire Alarm Technicians, Fire Sprinkler Fitters and Portable
Fire Equipment Technicians within Victoria and Nationally.
•   Co-ordination and management of Emergency fire sprinkler, alarm and detection, fire
doors, and portable service works (on average 25 per day) within Victoria by
scheduling technicians to attend sites within agreed contract response timeframes.
•   Estimation and quoting of Wet & Dry fire system work for clients
•   Management of projects ranging from $3,000-25,000 in wet and dry fire suppression
and detection.
•   Excellent Relationship management skills,
•   Excellent planning and work prioritisation skills
•   Advanced user level skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project,
•   Excellent communication skills (Both written and Verbal)
•   Strong Influence & Negotiation Skills
•   Maintaining an extremely strong focus on service quality, including both safety & customer service
•   Compilation of reports for completed works
•   Assessment of completed works to identify adherence to client and contract KPIs and against budget estimates to determine P&L Margins on completed works
•   Management of technicians' output, adherence to KPIs
•   Liaison with customers, suppliers, and staff
•   Working knowledge and understanding of AS 1670, 1851.8, 2118, 2116, 1851
