Previously Service Manager in a manufacturer's workshop, this candidate is currently looking for a Customer Technical Support position within the Electronic Security Industry. He has both supervisory and hands-on experience in the repair and support of all CCTV Products and is confident that his people skills will allow him to liaise with customers and be successful at this position.

Liaised with staff members, manufacturers, and clients internationally and Australia wide
Provided after sales support which included telephone or call outs on site enquiries -
Consulting and advising clients with solutions and technical support on CCTV products and systems
Provided demonstrations and training of products to clients
Undertook the ordering and invoicing
Excellent computer skills with a sound understanding of system networking.
