Training Manager

In his previous role this Trainer was responsible for performing the function of a learning and development consultant. This included; providing advice to clients on the implications of learning and development and the regulatory requirements of the OH&S. He would also conduct training and assessment sessions to client specification, conduct needs-analysis as required, develop learning materials, training aids, training/assessment systems, provide specialist OH&S advice and risk management measures to clients. A highly experienced and knowledgeable trainer.
