I Entered the Audio Visual Control System industry 20 years ago as a System Engineer when I was given a CD and a manual to work on an AMX program. It took me a week to start writing a working program, and upon a little guidance from an ex-staff, reproduced a completely new reprogramming for that project. I was then introduced to Crestron and soon fell head over heels for it. Spent 2 years to eventually be noticed and acquired by Crestron Malaysia.
I have an insatiable desire for integration and system troubleshooting, and upon invitation by the then Director of Industronics, returned to build the technical team. Reporting under a Senior Manager, I was assigned, mostly alone to many projects to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues, which I have not failed to achieve
