Guards Manager

This candidate is an energetic individual who has worked in the industry for over a decade. He has experience with training and supervising security personnel, patrolmen and guards. In his previous role he was available on call 24 hours a day and was reliable and meticulous about his tasks. His work experience includes:

• Attending new sites to meet clients and discuss and implement procedures.
• Meet patrolmen on the first shift to advise of the requirements and show site.
• Doing random checks on all patrols and static guards.
• Troubleshooting and training both guards and staff for specific projects.
• Assisting control room staff after hours emergency, trouble shooting and general assistance.
• Collaborating with Control Room Manager in regard to special events and planning emergency procedures..
• Attending sites when calls received from Guards/ Patrols in extreme emergency situations.
