Extensive experience in the gate automation industry

• Primary discipline and expertise is in service, installation and operations management. 
• Hands on operations across projects ranging from small domestic to large government and commercial installations including clients such as:
  • NSW Health (hospitals);
  • NCA; and
  • Defence facilities

I have designed and implemented dozens of sliders, swinging and canter lever gates, including booms gates, barrier gates, turnstiles, auto doors, commercial roller shutters, bollards and car parking systems in very prominent locations such as:

• ADI, Australian Defence Facilities, British Aerospace, GEC, NSW Hospitals, State Transit Authority, State Rail, CSIRO, NRMA (AIG), Pfizer, Pirelli Cables, P&O Services, P&O Cold Storage to name a few.

I have personally worked on the installation and servicing of both the physical components including the metalwork (welding) with a comprehensive knowledge of gate automation and access electronics. This is where I accumulated most of my concise understanding of gates and gate automation, as well as coordinating staff and contractors for all works; from earthwork and concrete footings, to gate construction and installation, including electrical and electronic implementation and problem solving.

My experience also included job specific designs for difficult and often orphaned jobs with outstanding success, which most companies avoided due to the degree of difficulty.
