As an experienced team leader working within leading security provider companies, I am very passionate about the security sector.

I aim to pursue my career within a great company, where I can apply my outstanding skills to meet organisational goals and objectives.

Within my current position as Second In Charge of a National Command Centre, I am supervising a team of 8 employees on a daily basis. I am responsible for ensuring that these employees are meeting organisational goals, key performance indicators and performance managing them accordingly.

My position also includes managing up to 250 contractors and over 200 customers. I am regularly in contact with these contractors & customers to ensure that they are pleased with their position and our service levels are met.

I have very strong knowledge of security industry with experience in leadership, electronic security systems, manpower services, security sales & rostering. Over my employment history I have developed numerous projects for various companies and have great computer literacy skills.

I have a high sense of urgency and aim to go above and beyond to meet client expectations. I am a very reliable individual with a strong work ethic and aim to succeed.
