I have the confidence and experience to work on just about any system I come across. Over the past 20+ years I have worked on everything from a single zone shed alarm system through to multi-site integrated enterprise and education systems. I prefer Inner Range products but am more than capable of fault finding or managing and installing a project on just about any system. I have high level IP and analogue CCTV experience from Dahua to Avigilon and Milestone. I am fluent in IT networking using Unifi and Cisco products and am more than capable with Windows Server configuration and setup along with RAID and BIOS configuration on Dell servers. My customer service is second to none and I have trained many exceptional apprentices and trainees in my time. While I don’t have as many certifications as some technicians, in my experience, the best classroom is the job site.
