Service Manager

Whist working as a Service Manager, this candidate was required to take control of a number of technicians and the day-to-day operation of the department. He introduced PPS and required OHS equipment for all technicians as well as tool tagging and testing as required. He was further responsible for the upgrading of all tools and testing equipment will all technicians being issued with lap top computers, monthly meetings and responsible for formulating training matrix.
