I bring with me a vast wealth of knowledge and experience.

My roles for the last 18 years have been at a senior level. My positions have generally been referred to as that of Operations Manager, however, a major portion of my works have been Sales orientated as well as Accounts Manager for the company's larger clients. Recently I have put together tenders for in excess of $4M. Due to my experience, I am comfortable dealing at all levels and am generally called in when the company is tendering on larger projects, especially when dealing with technical personnel as there has been a swing over the last ten to fifteen years for the IT personnel to get involved in the specification and quotation stages of a proposal.

My experience and capabilities have seen me travel extensively overseas, for training and also for work in Electronic Security and in the TSCM arena.

Responsibilities

• Management of Service and Installation department.
• Major Account Manager.
• Quoting and designing of electronic security access control and CCTV analogue and digital IP systems to the commercial market (generally $100k and above)
• Staff and contractor control, including recruitment, retrenchment, disciplinary, dismissal.
• Ensuring that client; needs are always met.
• Procurement and assessment of product range.
• Training of staff and end users.
• Primary company TSCM Specialist.
