A successful Senior Site Technician specialising in major electrical and electronic security installations up to the value of $1m. In previous positions his main responsibilities have included;
Organising, training and effectively leading the work group on specified job tasks on behalf of the project manager
Ensuring work continuity, and that all work is completed in accordance with the specifications, drawings and quality management procedures on behalf of project manager
Liaising with managers to identify and implement more efficient methods of carrying out installations
Ensuring the ordering of materials and equipment is carried out in accordance with company purchasing procedures and that material delivered to site is verified for compliance to purchase or contract specification
Interacting with the client's representative on behalf of management on site and ensure that all communications and instructions are verified and reported to the project manager
Ensuring the wellbeing of work group personnel including matters relating to industrial relations and occupational health and safety
Ensuring that technical advice is sought or given expediently when required
A conscientious employee who is proactive in learning new technologies and products being marketed in the industry.
