My main skill-set and experience over my 25 year career has been in Finance/ Administration and Operations. Within my 9 years at Chubb Fire and Security, I had held various roles including Administration Manager for WA and SA & NT, Credit Analyst / Controller for SA/WA & NT, Major Accounts Manager for SA and WA
 
My prior role was Manager, Kalgoorlie and the Goldfields Region for Chubb Fire and Security
 
I returned to Mt Gambier due to a Business Restructure within my previous employer
 
This position took in the duties of, Human resources, Budget Forecasting, Work Scheduling & Planning, Process development, improvement and implementation, Account Management, Sales, Estimating and quoting, implementation of both company policy and business plans. Staff recruitment and training, Supervision of Invoicing and accounts payable, Payroll, Financial analysis, various Award and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements across a number of disciplines
 
My Previous Roles as Credit Analysis/ Controller (SA/NT/WA) for Chubb Fire Safety. In this role I was required to undertake financial planning and budgeting and deliver relevant reports to management and business unit managers. These reports include monthly finances, invoicing processes as per customers request, disputes and outstanding accounts.
 
Within Chubb /UTC I had been involved setting KPI’s for individuals, departments and customers.
 
I take pride in my ability to build and retain successful relationships with clients. Some of the contracts I was involved with include major clients such as Santos, ASC, WA Country Health, NT Department of Planning,Dept of Defence, Rio Tinto, Wesfarmers, BHP, ASC, Viterra, and Westrac.
 
 I maintain a start to finish relationship with these clients from invoicing to contract management.
Through my career I have always maintained a high level of work ethic and integrity.
 
I am proficient in several financial operating systems including MYOB, Pronto, Pronto XI QuickBooks, SAP, Cash Flow Manager and Navision as well as being proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint. My system experience includes payroll, accounts payable and receivable, project management, general ledger & Data base.
