An excellent candidate for this role, with nearly a decade of industry experience, whose previous experience included consultancy, estimation, design, staff and project management.

Key Skills and Abilities Include:

• High level of IT skills - competent in various technical and administrative software applications including MS Office package, CAD packages and GIS applications
• Ability to work closely with colleagues and always strong in teams as well as independently
• Successful problem-solving skills and eye for detail proven through extensive work experience in the Building Construction Industry, Building Service Industry, IT industry and Fire Service
• Estimating, quoting and managing medium to large sized projects
• Providing Technical assistance to service/project team for all Fire Detection / Warning / Suppression System work including very good experience with Fire Detection systems and EWIS
• Building relationships with key clients such as engineers, government departments, real estate agents, project managers & builders
• Review of fire engineering designs and system performance assessments
