I am currently employed as a Technical manager managing the whole technical security division. Prior to this role, I was the National Operations Centre Manager (NOC) in a bureau based Grade A1 Monitoring Centre. I have over 13 years’ experience in electronic security and the key to my success is my management of key client relationships.

I am was responsible for the national operations and account management of all bureau clients and directly monitored clients of the  Grade A1 monitoring Centre.

I have sound knowledge of back to base products and numerous monitoring automation systems.
