I am well liked by customers because I listen to their needs and deliver the solutions they ask for in a timely and economical manner. 

My current employer exclusively installs and maintains Protege GX alarm systems, which allowed me to gain a lot of experience and a highly detailed understanding of its functionality. I have played around with other systems in my own time and enjoy learning and deeply understanding how things work.

My job satisfaction comes from solving people's problems and making life a little better for everyone I deal with. I enjoy working for an employer who gives me the freedom to use my critical thinking and creativity to find and implement the most efficient solution that meets the customer's needs. I aim for the minimum necessary complexity in my solutions.

In my current job, I've frequently supported and trained other employees and provided phone and remote support for contractors. I've also identified and optimised processes with the aim of reducing the potential for problems in the future, saving time, and improving customer satisfaction.
