Service and maintenance of various security and video surveillance systems, including Tecom, Gallagher, S2,
Protege, Genetec, March, Geutebruck, and Hanwha.
● Diagnosing and repairing complex faults in security devices, controllers, headend equipment, software, and system configuration.
● Providing comprehensive training and support to apprentices, trade assistants, fellow technicians, and clients.
● Completion of 5-8 service calls daily with a focus on meeting service level agreements and providing excellent
customer service.
● Assist sales team with design, engineering, and quoting of electronic security systems.
