Throughout my career as a project manager, I have successfully met the needs and business drivers of various parties and also effectively balanced competing interests including the commercial outcomes of our clients, the requirements of our contractors and engineers, and the business objectives of our stakeholders. Working as a project manager has equipped me with excellent communication skills and given me the ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues, clients, contractors and stakeholders. Over the years I have worked closely with the sales team within each organization to develop proposals for our existing clients, as well as participate in the company’s business development initiatives. This has required me to liaise with the relevant technical and sales teams to ensure we have the right solution for each project proposal and have mitigated all risk, to put us in the best position for successful project execution. I have also successfully completed the PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation course which has enhanced my practical knowledge in project management and equipped me with additional project management skills. I believe that my work-ethic, motivation, commitment and skill-set would make me a great employee. I also have the necessary capability and motivation to learn, attributes which will allow me to immediately contribute to the success of the company.
