A Operations and Business Development Manager with exceptional technical abilities incorporating both Information Technology (IT) and telecommunications, I was trained in the Australian Army and served successfully for more than seven years.  From 2009, I have been employed in business development and management roles within the IT and communications sector, both in Australia and in Timor Leste, successfully establishing new businesses and securing invaluable market share.  My objective is to continue my business development and management career within this specialised sector.  Whether working alone or as part of a team, I apply my unrelenting work ethic to bring about positive outcomes for the organisation and our clients.  Outgoing and personable, I naturally establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and clients alike, which has helped form the foundations of long and beneficial partnerships.  My passion for meeting and exceeding customer expectations is conveyed to those I lead, and I enthusiastically share my knowledge and expertise to drive personnel to meet and exceed all KPIs.  With my track record for continuous high performance, leadership, solid technical skill set and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, I look forward to performing exceptionally well in my next professional appointment.
