Experienced Project Manager

A hard working and result oriented Project Manager is responsible for the following in his current job:

• Inspect, install, service and certify fire doors
• Install other passive fire protection as required
• Estimate projects ranging from $500 - $600,000
• Preparing and overseeing completion schedules - ensuring that the client needs are met
• Employ the relevant people where required including contractors
• Ordering all materials for projects
• Prepare safe work method statements and safety plans
• Prepare invoicing and make sure projects were running within the budgets
