Highly experienced Account Manager who has successfully managed large portfolios of FST customers. She has the ability  to be customer focused to enable a strong relationship with Company. She provides a professional approach to Customer requirements and her experience includes -  Monthly meetings with Customers on site to establish relationships,  discussion of  quotations, and works that require rectification. Invoicing  - Debt Collection,  Co-ordinating  testing and re-active works with Customers and Managers,  Planning Annual inspections and Annual Fire Safety Statements, Generating monthly reports,  Working with Minor works Estimators, Monthly meetings with department Managers and Assisting with Tenders,
