As a customer-focused business development manager/account manager with extensive experience in electronic security & technology, I am now looking to secure a challenging role with a reputable industry leader. As a disciplined and determined BDM, I have a proven track record for successfully generating new business, identifying new market opportunities, creating customer value, coordinating process improvement, and negotiating complex deals. I have and an aptitude for retaining unhappy customers and can communicate with people at all levels of an organisation. I am confident developing and implementing business solutions, defining directions, achieving targets, and optimising business procedures.
 
I have strong stakeholder management skills, and I build key relationships with decision makers. I can identify areas where improvement is needed and work with stakeholders to make changes happen. I adopt a pragmatic approach to business, I have a high degree of computer literacy, and I hold a Certificate IV in Security & Risk Management, as well as an ACT & NSW Security License. I am available for full-time and contract employment; I can negotiate work hours to suit your organisational requirements, and I can interview and commence immediately.
