My focus on Security and Customer service has seen me successfully service a wide variety of clients in the arts and cultural, pharmaceutical, corporate, education, retail, banking sectors and facilities management, I am also highly skilled in project management from start up to delivery and conclusion.

As an experienced communicator and manager I have delivered training to both staff and customers, monitored W H &S issues and provided advice including procedural development and implementation. I have been responsible for the supervision and rostering of large security contingents. With exhaustive experience in the management of access control systems, alarm monitoring, threat response and the development of standard operating procedures.

Known as a person who rapidly develops a rapport with internal and external business associates, I am able to deal with customer disputes and conflicts to provide win/win scenarios with high customer retention success rates.

My ability to go into difficult workplaces, resolve and troubleshoot in particular staff issues with nothing less than positive outcomes has been a skill constantly used by several employers. it is a skill that I have honed through many years of customer service and the ability to listen, as well as hear what is needed to creative positive and productive cultures.
