With Telstra I gained a vast amount of experience over a broad range of the communications industry, from Networking to Design, to Construction and installation of the equipment. I was often thrown into high pressure situations where I would have to put a small team together and meet hard deadlines in a variety of scenarios.

I became very adept at trouble shooting problems, making decisions on the fly, and overseeing the job from start to finish, whilst also maintaining a high quality of service for our large variety of customers both internal and external. I am no stranger to high quality customer service as it was imperative. I would deal with a lot of people throughout my day, which always required patience and professionalism.
 
Additionally, I would maintain stores and material take offs, train employees on new equipment, maintain and enforce safety procedures and oversee quality control.
