Projects Manager

This candidate was successful in his previous role as a projects manager using formal project management methodology (PMM). He managed an extremely high profile $10- $20M project.

As the Project Manager reporting to the Project Board, he was responsible for both the day-to-day running and the future planning and forecasting of manning, financial and scheduling issues. His key achievements in this role included: successful implementation of SMART 2000 request for tender (RFT) documentation, conducting a very successful industry briefing over two days, providing potential tenders with clarification opportunities and successfully managing staff in geographically dispersed offices; including PSPs.
