six monthly, annuals, 3 and or 5 yearly valve overhauls Able  
to carry out testing on majority of fire panels  
(monthly and annuals)  
Able to carry out testing of occupant warning systems, E.W.IS.  
panels  
Have experience in installing / testing vehicle  
suppression systems, fire hose reels, fire hydrants, foam  
monitors, fixed and portable extinguishers.  
Able to carry out flow tests for insurance requirements  
Have experience with testing electric and diesel pumps  
Able to carry out minor mechanical repairs to same  
I pad / tablet / computer and keyboard skills for electronic  
recording and reporting  
Competent in basic electronics  
Able to read and interpret technical drawings  
Competent operating pipe threading machine, drills,  
lathes Good research and communication skills
