As a service technician, he has developed and demonstrated a sound knowledge of requirements in relation to building and fire safety codes. This has assisted him in developing good customer relations with multiple clients. He has worked efficiently as a part of a team to install Fire Detection Systems and EWIS. In his last position he has demonstrated his willingness to go ahead commencing as a technician rising through the ranks to roles as Service and Project Manager.

Further, he has displayed great proficiency in dealing with his fellow employees, having extensive experience supervising both fulltime and casual employees, training new staff members and coordinating conflict resolution. The candidate also has extensive practice in administrative duties including stock control, accounts, data entry, computer documentation, reporting, tendering and preparation of as-built manuals, customer service and relations.
