Service/Installation Manager

This candidate has a solid work history within the industry and is an exceptional Manager possessing outstanding people skills and a strong technical aptitude on products. His current responsibilities include

• Allocating work to technicians and contractors to ensure jobs are completed on time and budget
• Stock Control; order and keep track of stock required for the installation of security systems
• Evaluate and implement new products
• Produce weekly reports on the performance of the department
• Prepare installation budgets
• Evaluate contracts to ensure they meet all company benchmarks and design requirements
• Train sales staff on the available security products and provide ongoing technical support
• Maintain a team of security technicians and contractors, ensuring they hold current licences, insurance and training to work in the security industry
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on a daily bases
• Provide onsite support when required.
