Looking for Team Lead or Estimator Role

During my time in this industry i have done varied roles such as project managing, senior technicain, installations, service and maintenance. My current role is a senior service and maintenance technicain. My duties are to service all sorts of clients and provide clients aswell as my employer on eletronic security soltions to meet there needs.

As a senior security technician my daily duties consist of managing my jobs. These Jobs consists of service and maintenance of electronic security equipment across government sites, domestic, commercial premises. I am up to date with security systems such as Cardax/Gallagher, Concept, Tecom/Challenger, CCTV and domestic alarm panels. Other daily duties I have is assisting admin staff and service technicians as-well as apprentices. I have up to date computer skills and know how to use most common applications. In previous employment I have been in management roles, monitoring budget, managing stock, scheduling staff, and ensuring staff were aware of health and safety procedures and implementation of these procedures. I also Organised and attended meetings and organised staff/technician meetings. I was responsible for training and supervising apprentices and colleagues on various job sites, communicating with clients face to face on a daily basis as well as assisting and providing clients and employees with technical support over the telephone. I also have experience in handling customer complaints and providing solutions to resolve issues promptly. I'm a highly organised self-motivated worker and I also enjoy working as a team player.
