I am a passionate project manager with a focus on technology & IT solutions. I love systems & technology and love to see my customers using them to make a positive difference in their workplace. Seeing them succeed makes me extremely happy and fulfilled.
My focus is on tech for commercial & tier 1 enterprise customers and I work hard to meet or exceed expectations day in, day out. Externally, I pride myself in having excellent working relationships with all stakeholders, and I strive to engage with them regularly, whilst keeping them abreast of up-to-the-minute changes throughout the project lifecycle. Internally, I work with specifiers, estimators, developers, programmers, engineers, technical specialists, installers, and support engineers, together which form the project team along with our contract partners and valued suppliers.
I understand the whole of business lifecycle and the need for excellent business acumen across both my projects, and the wider organisation in which I work. I value people, and their individual views and perspectives and believe I communicate effectively and respectfully no matter how different their views might be from my own.
