Technical Manager

As a technical manager, this candidate studied his company's monitoring systems technology, including the operating system, and introduced new code translating templates in line with current security protocol and communication platforms for the use by the National Monitoring Data entry team. He was also successful in establishing a new division to assist field technicians with accurate system Commissioning and included preparation of a single page per alarm panel brand and type quick reference location chart to streamline their field programming skills.

As well as instituting initiatives mentioned above, this candidate was also responsible for organising the ongoing training of NSW technicians to incorporate laptop use in their field tasks and encourage them to embrace the new technology. Duties also included liaison with clients and operatives on various day to day Technical, Monitoring and other operational matters.
